First time spray tan or first time at The Glow Job & not sure which tan to select? No problem! Just book our My First Glow Job to allow a bit of extra time to discuss what you’re after.
Every one of our tans is different and everyone’s skin is so different – don’t worry about which tan to book as we can always change when you come in. Regardless of what you choose, when you come in we will discuss what tan, undertone & darkness is right for you and your skin
Please visit our “tanning tips” page for in depth info on this.
I definitely recommend that you tan 2 days before your event (especially if you’re renting a dress😉). For brides & bridesmaids I recommend 2-3 days before and if your going on holiday then the day before you leave is best!
Your spray will last about 7-10 days, everyones different. Don’t forget that your tan longevity 100% depends on how well you follow our aftercare instructions.
Absolutely! Tanning while pregnant/nursing is completely a personal choice & one only you can make. Who doesn’t want a glowing bump!! All of our products are paraben & DEA free, hypo allergenic, vegan, non comedogenic and certified by the Peta Foundation.
If you’re breastfeeding you’re welcome to use nipple covers or a bra to cover your boobies so your baby doesn’t end up with a bronzed face! Please leave a note of this when booking.
Of course you can!
Whatever you feel most comfortable in, we don’t care! Most clients go topless and only wear underwear or one of our disposable g-strings which create minimal tan lines. Do what you prefer x
Of course! You set the tone for your appointment and how dark you’d like to be!
We recommend you leave your appointment wearing loose dark clothing! You may still experience a slight rub off from the bronzer right after your tan & in the days after your tan where you sweat you may have some tan residue on your clothes – this should come off easy enough in the wash.
You can start getting your sweat on the day after your first rinse. Please be aware that sweating and wearing tight activewear frequently can affect the longevity of your tan!
We suggest you follow our removing tan section on our tanning tips page. It’s definitely best to get as much of the old tan off before you get a new one, as it could leave you looking patchy and discoloured in areas that the old tan has stuck too!
